We configure your custom voting site, registration flow, ballots, voter access, and email templates.
You test the voting flow before launch, review the ballot experience, and request any needed changes.
The vote starts by sending out invitation emails to each homeowner. Those emails contain a unique registration code and link to register and vote.
Voting continues until the end date. Reminder emails are sent every other day and manager update summaries are sent every Friday.
The vote ends and you are sent a detailed summary of the voting outcome.
